I’m so happy you are excited about the retreat! Here is the fine print:

Covid Policy:

Covid is a risk we are all still living with every day. I want to make sure everyone at this retreat feels as comfortable as possible, but we all have different risk levels. Here are the guidelines for this retreat:

• Please do your best to limit exposure for 10 days prior to retreat.
• A negative PCR test is required no sooner than 3 days before the event.
• A negative rapid test is required the day of the event
• Because we will be spending all day together, eating together, and in some cases sharing a room, I don’t think it’s very practical to require masks; however you are welcome to wear one if you would like. If state mask mandates change, this requirement may be updated.

There is ample outside space both at the house and most of the places we will be visiting on the optional outings, however the weather may be cold, so please consider that when deciding your comfort level. By registering for this event, you are agreeing that you will not attend if you have an active Covid infection. Please reach out if you have any Covid related questions.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is refundable up until the time that full payment is required on September 13th. After that point, I will not be able to issue a refund unless I am able to fill your spot from the waiting list. If you need to cancel due to sickness, especially Covid, please contact me and I will do my best to refund as much as I am able. I absolutely do not want anyone attending this retreat while sick.

If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, including due to Covid, I will refund 90% of your fees.

I will do my best to fulfill all request made while registering, but the number of double and single occupancy rooms is limited. I will fill rooms on a first come, first serve basis and will let you know immediately if I can’t meet your request, before I invoice you.
